The purchased items can be shipped to any of the available countries - Japan, Taiwan, and United States of America. If you reside outside of these places, we will not be able to process your order. It may take between 1-3 weeks depending on your location to deliver your items.

Please make sure you selected the correct model and size before making a purchase because returns are not accepted. In case you received a wrong or damaged item, you may reach out to us through our contact page and we'll try to resolve your issue.
